STOCKLAND Aura residents now have access to state-of-the-art Australia Post Parcel Lockers, recently installed for secure, 24/7 pickup and returns.
These lockers are located at the Aura Sales & Vision Centre (1 Tucker Street, Bells Creek QLD 4551), around the corner from our entrance near the cark park.
What is a Parcel Locker?
These are self-service units where Australia Post and StarTrack parcels can be delivered and securely stored until you collect them—no missed deliveries, no front porch risks.
Available in small, medium, and large sizes (up to ~16 kg, 35×44×61 cm), they accommodate most household packages.
How It Works
• Sign up for MyPost via
the app or website if you
haven’t already.
• Use the locker’s address
at checkout.
• You’ll receive an SMS/
email with a unique PIN
or QR code once your
parcel arrives.
• Go anytime (24/7), enter
your code, and retrieve
your parcel. Items are
held typically for 3–5
days.
