Glasshouse Cricket Club player, Tyrone Bean, has been picked in the Queensland Men’s Indigenous Squad, and is the only cricketer picked from the Sunshine Coast.
22 cricketers were picked in total, and all in the representative side will commence trials in early 2024 to determine who will compete in the official side, at the National Indigenous Cricket Championships.
The National Indigenous Cricket Championships will be at Alice Springs and will be played from February 22-27.
