LAST Saturday morning, Debra Hackett and her team at Beerwah Barbers celebrated 25 years in business. Debra took over the shop from the original owner, Arthur Powter (pictured with Debra at the bottom right), and renamed it Beerwah Barbers. The event featured a sausage sizzle hosted by the Beerwah Lions Club, and in between haircuts, the Beerwah Barbers team celebrated by blowing out candles on their cake and drawing raffle prizes for their clients.
The prizes included handmade breadboards commemorating this significant milestone.
