Support local veterans this ANZAC Day by purchasing an item from the Beerwah RSL stall outside Woolworths on Beerwah Road.
John and Lottie Nisbett launched their fundraiser on Monday 14 April, offering poppies, pins, teddy bears, coffee cups, pens and notepads.
Volunteers have already had to restock, a testament to the community’s generosity.
Last year the RSL raised almost $6000 across two stalls.
John said he hoped to match that total again to assist veterans in need.
Items are available 7 am–3.30pm, Monday to Saturday, outside Beerwah Woolworths and at Beerwah Aldi.
“Every purchase makes a difference to local veterans,” John said.
