GLASSHOUSE Country and Maleny news is excited to be a finalist in the Queensland Community Foundation Photo Challenge. GC&M News visited RangeCare at Flaxton last year to write a story about the incredible work the organisation does in supporting its clients. This candid image of carer, Bec Paltridge, with Robyn John, captured the genuine warmth and affection between staff and client as they danced to the Village People’s YMCA. The picture was one of over 160 entries, with five finalists chosen by a pre-eminent panel of judges including top gallerist, Philip Bacon. The winner will be revealed on June 5.
