Cheers to a long lunch

THE Curated Plate 2025 wrapped up in style last weekend, with a long lunch at Spicers Clovelly Estate in Montville bringing the 10-day food and drink festival to a close.

Guests gathered in the estate’s elegant gardens for the Hinterland Producers Lunch, created by The Long Apron’s chef Geoff Abel. The four-course menu showcased seasonal produce from across the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, including Maleny Dairies, The Falls Farm and Peachester Fresh, paired with regional wines.

Live music and the relaxed, scenic setting made for a fitting finale to the festival, which over the past week featured events from the coast to the hinterland celebrating local producers, chefs and venues.
