THIS year’s dux at Glasshouse Christian College is Natalie Beakey whose achievements include coming first in every subject.
Natalie loves research, data and anything to do with maths and is planning a career in business and data science.
Natalie said she had always been good at maths and planned to use it to her advantage.
Her first preference for university is a double degree in business and science at the University of Queensland and she is moving to Brisbane in readiness for her tertiary education.
“I’m still finding out what I enjoy and part of the excitement of university is exploring different pathways,” Natalie said.
She said she had valued the support and encouragement from her teachers at Glasshouse Christian College, particularly how they had impacted her journey to where she is today.
