LAST Friday, Glasshouse Christian College was teeming with lions, tigers, crocodiles, zebras, snakes, giraffes and even Wildlife Warriors!
The primary Student Representative Council choose their own fundraisers and this year they chose the good work of Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors Worldwide for their gold coin donations.
At the end of the day, more than $700 was raised for the cause. The students love how their money goes to helping sick, injured and orphaned animals in Beerwah as well as all the organisation’s worldwide projects in many different countries. They may not admit it but secretly also loved having a good reason to dress up as animals! It was a fun way to raise money for a good cause.
