THE Crystal Waters Music Club will strike a powerful blues chord on Saturday, May 9, hosting a night of high-energy live music in the Conondale hinterland.
From 6pm, audiences will be treated to a triple bill of Sunshine Coast talent, headlined by iconic acts The Charles Camilleri Connection and The Spirits Blues Band, with local newcomers Hinterland Daybreakers opening the show.
Long-time crowd favourites Barry Charles and Paul Camilleri, performing as The Charles Camilleri Connection, will bring their signature blend of soulful blues and rock, driven by Barry’s distinctive, high-intensity vocals.
Meanwhile, The Spirits Blues Band promises an electrifying performance, with six seasoned musicians delivering a dynamic mix of rhythm and groove across roots, boogie, funk and jazz.
Setting the tone for the evening, Crystal Waters’ own Hinterland Daybreakers will showcase an energetic seven-piece line-up, performing a mix of original songs and classic covers infused with rock, blues and soul influences.
Tickets are $20, with proceeds supporting both the performers and the Crystal Waters Co-op. The co-op will operate the bar, while Food Vibes will serve dinner on site.
The event will be held at 65 Kilcoy Lane, Conondale, with tickets available online via Humantix or at the door. Accommodation is also available at Crystal Waters Eco Village.
