A GREAT turnout helped make Mooloolah’s fifth annual Emergency Services Day a success on Saturday, September 5, bringing the community together with the people and organisations who help keep the region safe.
Hosted by Mooloolah Lions at the Public Hall, the event featured Queensland Police, Ambulance and Fire and Emergency Services, alongside rural fire brigades, SES, Caloundra Coast Guard and local disaster and resilience groups.
Visitors enjoyed emergency vehicle and rescue boat displays, first aid and defibrillator demonstrations and more.
Mooloolah Lions kept the barbecue firing throughout the day, with coffee and treats also available for the crowd.
