One of our fellow community members a Phamily member of our local gym True Phorm has recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
Kate is currently fighting an incredible fight against Breast Cancer. Tom & I can’t start to comprehend all that Kate is going through, Kate is a mother of 3 beautiful children, an incredibly supportive wife & very important part of our little community. We want to do all we can to help this incredible family through these uncertain times.
In support of Kate & Breast Cancer Awareness, We are throwing our very first in house comp BARBELLS FOR BOOBS FOR KATE with all profits donated straight to the Middlemiss Family.
We would absolutely love the Sunshine Coast community to get behind Kate & her beautiful family anyway you can. On Saturday 3rd September we would love for you to come down & watch your favourite True Phorm athlete throw down!
All donations are greatly appreciated & any local businesses that would like to be apart of the day please send me a email at firstname.lastname@example.org 🤍
Please keep an eye for Tom from True Phorm from 1st August running around Landsborough as he completes 31 Murphs in 31 days to raise awareness for Breast Cancer & support Kate!
What does Murph WOD entail, exactly? The CrossFit Murph workout itself consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run. If anyone would like to come down & take part in a Murph any day in August you’re more than welcome 💪🏽
Much love to our amazing community for getting behind this incredible family & cause ✨
