As Queensland continues to celebrate Small Business Month throughout May, Pine Property Partners is proudly representing the energy and entrepreneurial spirit that is driving the Glasshouse Country region forward.
Since opening in January 2024, the fast-growing real estate agency with an office in Beerwah has quickly established itself as a trusted and dynamic property business, led by one of Queensland’s youngest principals, Bailey Sims.
Still early in his career, Mr Sims has already built a reputation for combining youthful energy with professionalism and experience well beyond his years.

Alongside his young and highly motivated team, he has created a business focused on transparency, strong communication and genuine care for clients navigating one of life’s biggest decisions.
“We’ve always believed people come before property,” Mr Sims said.
“Most people won’t remember the advertising campaign or the photos after a sale is complete. They remember how they were treated throughout the process.”
Mr Sims is bullish about the future of the Glasshouse Country, Sunshine Coast and broader Brisbane regions, describing South-East Queensland as one of the country’s most exciting growth corridors.
“The region continues to attract families, investors and businesses looking for lifestyle and opportunity,” he said, and “one of the first things they notice when they move to the area is the pine tree forests, which is why we chose our name and logo to have a distinct local style”.
As the population swells, Bailey says “our role is to help people through that process with clear advice, honest communication and a hands-on approach.”
The agency has carved out a niche by offering what it describes as a more personalised alternative to larger corporate agencies, with a strong focus on responsiveness, integrity and follow-through.

That customer-first approach is reflected in Pine Property Partners’ growing reputation online, with hundreds of five-star reviews praising the team’s professionalism, availability and support during property transactions.
Beyond selling and leasing, community involvement sits at the heart of the business.
Mr Sims volunteers as Secretary of the Glasshouse Country Chamber of Commerce, helping support and advocate for local businesses across the region.
He and his fiance, Aiesha, are also ambassadors for Give Me 5 For Kids after experiencing a deeply personal family challenge with the birth of their second child.
Born at just 29 weeks, Lennon weighed less than one kilogram and spent seven weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit at Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Today, Lennon is thriving and the young family are passionate supporters of families facing similar circumstances.
For Mr Sims, family, business and community remain closely connected.
“We’re proud to be building a local business that supports local people,” he said.
“As a small business, community support means everything to us, and we’re incredibly grateful for the trust people have placed in our team.”
As Queensland Small Business Month shines a spotlight on local success stories, Pine Property Partners continues to demonstrate how vision, hard work and community spirit can help a small business thrive.
