The Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) is appealing for information after a 44-year-old man was critically injured in a single-vehicle crash in Moreton Bay on the night of August 12. At around 11:40pm, police responded to reports that a white Mitsubishi Triton was travelling north on Dayboro Road, Rush Creek, when it left the road and crashed. The driver, the vehicle’s sole occupant, was rushed to Redcliffe Hospital with life-threatening injuries. FCU investigators are urging witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward. Investigations are ongoing.
