GLASS House Mountains State School marked Day for Daniel last Friday, October 31, joining thousands nationwide in promoting child safety awareness.
The Daniel Morcombe Foundation, founded by Bruce and Denise Morcombe in honour of their son, continues to inspire Australians through its powerful message of protection and education.
Students and families wore red to remember Daniel and reinforce the importance of staying safe. Local police officer Constable Lowndes also spoke with younger students about personal and body safety.
