First turnkey homes delivered in brand new Beerwah over 50s development
THE Halcyon Dales Team has been busily preparing the budding Beerwah over 50s community for its first homeowners, who officially settled in the last week of July.
The first month of FY26 brought the Sales Office to completion, followed by the first five homeowners moving in.
“It’s been wonderful to see our very first homeowners embark on their new journey at Halcyon Dales,” said Joscelyn Browning, Halcyon Dales Development Manager.
Foundation homeowners have already been warmly welcomed by their Community Manager, Jo-Anne Mbouche, who has managed several Halcyon Communities over the last five years.
“We’ve had a beautiful lunch at Secrets on the Lake to celebrate the start of their Halcyon Dales journey and really connect with each other creating lasting friendships and memories,” said Jo-Anne.
Construction momentum continues at the 212-site Sunshine Coast hinterland project. The clubhouse contractor is ready to begin building, while civil works and environmental rehabilitation have been successfully completed, laying strong foundations for a sustainable future for the site.
The Halcyon Dales team continues to tick off milestones, with the front entry nearing completion and display homes due for completion in September.
“All home slabs have been poured in Stage 1 and the first turnkey homes are already complete – both achievements really bringing the neighbourhood to life,” said Joscelyn.
To culminate their first week in their brand-new homes, Halcyon Dales foundation homeowners were treated to their very first Happy Hour event, where the bubbles flowed, and appetites were satisfied with some delicious locally made woodfire pizza.
These events will continue to provide solid foundations for a cohesive community life.
