THE Maleny Singers return with Patience, Gilbert and Sullivan’s delightfully witty operetta poking fun at love, fads and high society fashion.
Audiences can expect lovestruck poets, bewildered soldiers and a sensible milkmaid caught in the chaos.
Featuring sparkling music from the Maleny Performing Arts Orchestra, sharp comedy and colourful characters, the production is directed by Margaret Taylor, who previously performed the work with the English National Opera. Performances are at the Maleny Community Centre on June 13, 14, 20 and 21.
Tickets are available through TryBooking or Maleny Information Centre.
