THE Landsborough Seventh-Day Adventist Church set up a heritage and lifestyle display at the Landsborough School of Arts Memorial Hall as part of the 100th anniversary celebrations of the Landsborough Museum.
The hall is also celebrating its 100th anniversary this year and the church was invited to set up a display with other community groups.
The Adventist Church has had a presence in the community since 1948 and showcased this in their heritage display. It also offered health literature, tastings of vegetarian food as well as offering free health age checks. It was a good opportunity to be part of the community celebrations.
