Many people are surprised by the wide range of products that can be accessed through their Support at Home package. From subsidised meals and continence products to mobility equipment, bathroom safety aids, dressing aids and other daily living equipment, these products can make everyday tasks easier, safer and more comfortable.
We regularly meet people who have been struggling with simple daily activities, often unaware that practical solutions are available or that they may already have funding to help cover the cost.
