TAKING place on Saturday, October 25, from 10am to 2pm, this year’s Spring Fair is extra special as The River School celebrates its 30th anniversary with a day of music, fun, food, and community.
The River School has always been at the heart of the Maleny community, and this year’s celebration is no different.
Expect colourful stalls run by each class, vibrant student performances, and activities for all ages.
Kids (and the young at heart) can enjoy the climbing wall, circus toys on the oval, and hands-on fun like crafting and decorating cupcakes, all included in the $10 entry fee.
The entertainment lineup will feature live music from local Maleny legends Hayden Hack and Mama Buluku, setting the perfect springtime soundtrack.
At 10:30am, the official welcome and 30th anniversary opening will be led by special guests, including Federal Minister Andrew Wallace, Queensland State Minister Andrew Powell, and Councillor Winston Johnston. Parking will not be available onsite, but a convenient park ‘n ride service from the Maleny Showgrounds will ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
No fair would be complete without delicious food, local produce, and exciting prizes.
Thanks to the generous support of local sponsors, attendees will also have the chance to win raffle prizes showcasing the best of the community’s products and services.
The Spring Fair will be held at The River School, Maleny (park at Showgrounds for park ‘n ride, Saturday October 25, 10am–2pm). Entry $10.
