MONTVILLE’S Magicial Malindi is a top ten finalist for Australia’s original holiday home website Stayz’s 12th annual Holiday Home of the Year Awards.

The Magical Malindi was not a top three winner but it was one of two Queensland holiday homes selected in Stayz’s top ten finalists, with the other, the Mykonos castle in Sunshine Beach, crowned first place.

Montville’s entry into the Holiday Home of the Year Awards, offers beautiful views of the Obi Obi Valley and Lake Baroon, with cathedral ceilings and private decks surrounding both levels.

Stayz travel expert Daniel Finch said the Holiday Home of the Year Awards reflects the quality of the range of holiday homes available in the Australian market and on the Stayz website.

“The top 10 homes are perfect for families and group travellers, sleeping from eight to 18 people and averaging at $1,488 per night, making them a great, affordable option for planning much needed time away with loved ones,” he said.

Stayz chooses accommodation for the Holiday Home of the Year Awards based on criteria, including having a 4.5 or higher star rating and having high quality amenities.
