THE Men’s Talkabout group marked their first anniversary at the VWF Command Post Cafe on Wednesday, May 21.
PK gave a talk on his military experiences and Mental Health issues and the need for men to talk to each other, it was very enlightening considering some of our members own PTSD and demons!
The group has grown from six to 15 with more coming on board. It is essential guys have a release apart from alcohol and violence. We provide that release through humour and mateship – so whatever your background or circumstances, come and have a chat over a coffee, every Wednesday at the VWF 10am, all welcome.
