Mooloolah held its first ever Community Lights Switch on the 9th December.
The entertainment was provided by the Brass Ensemble (A brass band with 11 retirees) and the Mooloolah Christmas Singers.
A free Sausage Sizzle was also on hand to give the night a community feel.
Jason Carroll, MVCA’s Events Officer said “ This was a great night of local entertainment, we also awarded the shops and resident Christmas Light Competition winners certificates and prizes and were able to have lights and lasers, which will now become part of a permanent Christmas event, thanks to the Sunshine Coast Council’s Festive Grants programme.
