Morning tea to remember

IT was a wonderful morning spent with friends and fellow CWA members from across the Division celebrating the QCWA Centenary on June 23.

Guest speaker Dr Hope O’Chin gave an inspirational speech on inclusiveness and service to community while Becky Hoge penned a moving poem that captured the true spirit of the QCWA organisation.

Special guests included  Cr Rick Baberowski along with sponsors from Hinterland Accounting, Ray White Beerwah, Aussie Home Loans, and Bank of Queensland Beerwah.

Everyone’s friend, Martin aka Sunshine Coast Foodie, helped out alongside the crew from Bankfoot House.

Keep an eye out for the 1920s-themed QCWA calendar due out in August!
