Todd comes to Glasshouse Country Care with years of experience in preparing nutritious, hearty dishes. His focus is on creating meals that are both wholesome and delicious, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce.
Todd and the Glasshouse Country Care kitchen team have developed a fantastic new summer menu which launched this month. The new menu offers a wider variety of choices, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, traditional favourites, and a few exciting new dishes. Each meal is prepared with care locally in the Glasshouse Country Care kitchen.
“We know how important it is for people to enjoy meals that are both nourishing and enjoyable,” says Todd. “I’m excited to share my love of cooking with our clients and make every meal something they can really look forward to.”
