New lifestyle destination to set the bar in over-50s living

By GemLife Elimbah

A major lifestyle milestone is on the horizon at GemLife Elimbah, with work about to begin on the resort’s $18 million Country Club.

Purpose-designed for active over-50s, the new Country Club will offer an expansive array of health, wellness, social, and recreation facilities – all under one roof.

Taking cues from the relaxed, sunlit lifestyle of South East Queensland, the two-storey building blends comfort and sophistication with state-of-the-art amenities, creating an uplifting and community-focused environment for residents.

The ground level features a grand ballroom with a theatre stage, a fully equipped gym, and a heated magnesium-infused lap pool, and championship-grade lawn bowls greens.

Upstairs, the focus turns to leisure and entertainment with a plush private cinema, modern library, and games room complete with a cutting-edge golf simulator.

According to GemLife Elimbah Sales Manager Glenys Lowry, the new Country Club will be the beating heart of the resort, and a true lifestyle destination for homeowners to enjoy.

“We’re really proud of what’s being created here,” said Glenys. “The Country Club has been designed to support a rich and rewarding lifestyle – whether that’s through staying active, meeting new people, or just enjoying a beautiful, purpose-built space to relax in.”

Set among peaceful, green surrounds on Atherton Road in Caboolture, GemLife Elimbah has already attracted strong interest from buyers looking for a vibrant yet tranquil place to call home.

To give locals a first look at what’s ahead, GemLife will host a special Country Club information session on Thursday, 29 January, from 10am to 1pm at the resort.

Attendees will enjoy a theatre-style presentation by GemLife Chief Operating Officer Andrew Coulter, who will unveil the master plan and take guests behind the scenes of the Club’s contemporary design and standout lifestyle features.

“This event is a fantastic opportunity for prospective homeowners to come along and see the bold vision that’s coming to life at GemLife Elimbah,” Ms Lowry said.

“It’s a glimpse into a whole new way of living, designed specifically for over-50s who want more out of their next chapter.”

GemLife Elimbah, now selling, is a $428 million lifestyle resort located close to local shopping and the best the Moreton Bay region has to offer.

When complete, the resort will feature 404 premium, low-maintenance homes designed for active and independent over 50s.

The GemLife Elimbah Country Club preview will take place onsite at the resort. Registrations are essential and can be made online at www.gemlife.com.au/gelcc by Tuesday, January 27.
