Two men have been charged following a disturbance outside the Beerwah Hotel in the early hours of April 6. Police attended the scene about 1.45am and arrested a 32-year-old man and a 47-year-old man. Both were charged with committing public nuisance near licensed premises and obstructing police in a public place while adversely affected.
The men are due to appear in Caloundra Magistrates Court on April 24. A 47-year-old woman was also issued an infringement notice in relation to the incident.
