WE had a great day last Thursday at the annual Eileen Harrison Friendship Day.
There were players from Bribie Island, Nambour, Caloundra and Eildon club at Woody point. Of course local club players also participated, as well as helping with staging the event.
It was also an opportunity for prospective players to have a look at the game and our comfortable clubhouse, including Linda for Beerwah and Brian from Maleny.
New players are always welcome and can get coaching in the fundamentals. Give us a call on 0417640704 to find out more.
And great news just in, we have been successful in a grant from Sunshine Coast council for new balls and clips. Thanks again to the SCC for supporting sport, recreation and friendship in our town.
