THE Peachester History Committee wishes the community a Merry Christmas and thanked the volunteers who care for the Peachester Heritage Centre.
Members gathered for their final working day of 2025 in front of the well-known Jim Hall Whittling display, a highlight of the centre. Volunteers’ efforts in preserving and sharing Peachester’s history were gratefully acknowledged.
The Heritage Centre will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period, reopening for its first open day of 2026 on Sunday, January 25. To mark the day before Australia Day, a special display will feature Australian-themed exhibits.
