Tipsters earn a tipple

TIPSTERS in the GC&M News and Sentinel’s NRL tipping competition came together at the Landsborough Hotel last Wednesday for the annual Pip the Pollies awards night.

For the second year running, Glass House MP took out the Sentinel competition with his $1000 winnings to be donated to the Stanley River Wolves JRLFC. Andrew could only manage sixth in the GC&M News comp, which was won by the barest of margins by Kel from KLM Gas.

Kel pipped Tim from Landsborough Hotel with a two-point margin after they finished equal first on points. Kel won $1000 for himself and another $500 which he is kindly donating to Glasshouse Mountains Primary School. Congrats to all tipsters and here’s to 2027 success!
