Treasures and togetherness

RANGECARE recently celebrated a significant milestone, marking 40 years of supporting individuals, families and communities across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions.

To commemorate the occasion, RangeCare hosted Treasures and Togetherness: An Op Shop Festival of Giving, Finding and Connecting at the RangeCare Op Shop on 29 June. Despite the rainy weather, the community turned out in force to enjoy a day filled with connection, laughter and celebration.

Visitors enjoyed a range of activities including a silent disco, sausage sizzle, balloon creations, and the opportunity to browse for unique treasures throughout the Op Shop.

The event brought together clients, volunteers, team members, supporters and local residents, reflecting the strong community spirit that has been at the heart of RangeCare for four decades.

RangeCare extends its sincere thanks to everyone who attended and supported the event. Their ongoing support allows the organisation to continue its mission of making a difference to living.

As RangeCare celebrates this important anniversary, it also looks ahead to the future, continuing to build connections, support independence and deliver meaningful services that enrich the lives of older Australians.
