THE Whistlers played at Maroochydore, against the Blue Belles. Nice weather for tennis, we enjoyed the sunshine. There were some good rallies but we couldn’t win the last points. Score was 3-5 sets, 23-41 games. Team was Aki Lepper, Brenda Warner, Maree Hooley and Cindy Harris.
Sunday Veteran’s tennis at Witta, the two teams currently in 1st & 2nd places, Wompoos & Wikings played against each other. It was a fun and competitive day.
