THE Whistlers played at Nambour, against the Jets. We had a shower just before we started, but the day turned out to be the perfect weather for tennis. And we had strong tennis as usual, with some long rallies. We managed to win the last points, which brought us a good win. Score was 7-1 sets, 45-19 games. Team was Paula Cudmore, Brenda Warner, Aki Lepper and Mare Hooley.
