Our next meeting is on Tuesday July 12 at the Beerwah Community Hall.
Refreshments are served prior, with our meeting commencing at 9:30am.
In the meantime our club has been invited to the Maleny Citizens’ luncheon on Monday July 11 at the Maleny Community Centre.
Our next trip is on Wednesday July 20 to the Wildlife HQ Zoo in Woombye, then lunch at Nambour. Following this is a visit to the Nambour Museum. Anyone wishing to join us on this marvellous outing is welcome, please call the number below.

Gathering for women over 55 in housing stress

A CASUAL gathering is coming up to connect women over 55 seeking affordable housing. Better Together Housing is a peer support model designed by women, for women. It is tailored to bring women over 55 together in a safe and secure way to find shared accommodation. This event will be held on Friday July 15 from 10-11:30am at the Beerwah CWA building in Simpson Street, Beerwah. QCWA Beerwah will be catering.

Scottish country dancing

Do you need a winter warmer? Are you looking for fun, fitness and fellowship? Maleny Scottish Country Dancers are having a free, come and try night on Monday, July 11 from 7-9pm at Maleny RSL Hall. We dance in sets, similar to Bush dancing, so there is no need to bring a partner. Wear soft shoes and comfortable clothes and come along to enjoy the music.
