HALLS Homes Group Pty Ltd has submitted a development application to the Sunshine Coast Council to build eight units on lot 9, 2 Montrose Street, Beerwah.
The company submitted the application on December 1, with extensive information detailing the housing development, including concept designs.
Halls is proposing to build a new single storey multi-unit development, which will have four units on each side of the property on a 1766m2 sized lot of land.
Four units will have a garage, alfresco and porch, and the other four will have a carport and an alfresco, and all units will have a kitchen, living and dining area, and two bedrooms.
Units will be built 8.5 metres high, with each being a minimum of 800m2, and have 10 resident parking spaces, 2 visitor spaces, a motorcycle space, and 10 bicycle spaces.
