Sunshine Coast Council Division 1 Councillor, Rick Baberowski, said taking time to maintain wellbeing and mental health were key to a healthy and fulfilled life.
“Events like these give us a perfect prompt to take that moment for ourselves and help to connect with each other,” Cr Baberowski said.
“It’s also a great chance for our community to see what is on offer and what you can get involved with in Beerwah.
“It’s got everything to be a great day out and I encourage our community to come along for some free family fun.”
