MONTVILLE artist, Jim Cox, is set to host his second exhibition at the Mary Cairncross Reserve Gallery, called ‘POP- Protect our Pollinators, from Nov 25th -Dec 3rd from 10am to 2pm will inform and delight visitors. Jim’s images form the basis of a new book ‘POP – Protect our Pollinators‘, collaborating with local author Elaine Green. Not JUST bees and butterflies, many of our native pollinators will surprise you .. birds; mammals, gheckos, biteys! Perhaps revealing the mysteries of their secret lives may help you look out for them and protect them. Twenty eight original artworks in a variety of sizes and; a series of limited edition prints (unframed) will be available for purchase or order; and of course ‘POP’ books will be on sale. T-shirts with prints of POP will be on display, and can be ordered. Jim will be in the Gallery every day of the exhibition. A program of environmental experts will be speaking from 11am at the Gallery from January 28, to February 1, including John Birseck, Cam Burton, Tyron Kauwe, Liz Capelin and Mandy Botterell.
