Stockland Aura’s newest house developments

Stockland has announced its newest land release as part of the Aura masterplanned community, Acacia at Aura- The Coppice Release, offering 21 new homes ranging in size from 280 to 620 square metres.

The Coppice Release will be situated in Banya on Coppice Crescent and Dune Way, and is located near a proposed sports park and community centre.

Stockland Aura senior development manager, Genaea Keith, said these lots will provide potential buyers with affordable housing options in the region.

“The diverse range of lot sizes and affordable pricing options provides an opportunity for those- looking to experience the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. We expect strong interest in this much-anticipated release,” she said.

“Aura’s extensive range of housing options, from highly affordable entry level terrace homes to family-sized house and land packages, makes it desirable to a full spectrum of buyers, including young professionals, growing families and retirees.”

Adjoining the Bells Creek conservation area, nature is at the heart of the community’s design, with this precinct offering residents access to parklands and the longest continuous frontage to Bells Creek within Aura.
