Nominations close Sunday July 31, and this initiative provides a wonderful opportunity for local Maleny and surrounding hinterland businesses, organisations or even members of the public to celebrate the efforts of individuals in their place of employment. If you know a service driven superstar nominate them to show that their contribution is appreciated and valued.
Rotary Club of Maleny president Paulette Steele, said Rotary were really looking forward to being able host the awards again as a way to commend and acknowledge demonstrated excellence in the workplace for local employees or volunteers.
“Nominees can be full time, part time or casual paid employees or contractors or those working in voluntary positions across Maleny and the Blackall and Conondale Ranges including Flaxton, Maleny, Conondale and Kenilworth areas. The award consists of a plaque and a presentation, which will be presented at our Awards Gala Dinner to be held at the end of August,” said Paulette.
The Rotary Club of Maleny 2022 Pride of Workmanship Awards Gala Dinner will be held on Wednesday August 31 at the Maleny RSL. Rotary club members have been busy engaging with local businesses to hand out in nomination forms, which will also be available for download from their Facebook page.
