THE Glasshouse Long Lunch returns as part of the Sunshine Coast’s Curated Plate.
Applications are now open for chefs, venue managers, local producers, and tourism operators to become industry partners in this popular culinary event.
The Curated Plate is a celebration of delectable food, fostering unique collaborations in fine dining experiences and showcasing the region’s best in fresh cooking and baking. Applications to participate in this extraordinary culinary showcase in the heart of Queensland will be accepted until 5 pm on February 29, with the festival scheduled to take place from July 26 to August 4.
Three local events, including the Asian Food Festival at Spicers Tamarind in Maleny, the Glasshouse Long Lunch at Yanalla Farm, and Italy vs France in Montville at The Long Apron, will be part of a diverse range of eye-opening experiences for the public, food enthusiasts, and chefs alike.
