A PROPOSAL to build 15 units over two lots on Peachester Rd at Beerwah is being considered by the Sunshine Coast Council.
The proposal, lodged last week by ARC Planning, is to construct the 15 units over two properties at 62 and 64 Peachester Rd.
The proposal includes two, two-storey residential townhouses, one with seven dwellings and the second with eight.
The properties are about 350m from Beerwah Village Marketplace with each dwelling containing a garage and carport, private open space and landscaping.
An original application for a material change of use to the properties lapsed last year.
